New Company Act Regulations hit every company web site in the UK
Winter 2007

Changes made to the Companies Act in November 2006 have now come into effect, and from 1st January 2007 all company web sites and email footers need to display required information as below:

the registered company address
place of registration
company registration number

Companies failing to display this information do face a fine so it's important to get this update made to your web site. The information doesn't have to appear on every page - the 'Contact Us' or 'Terms and Conditions' pages seem to be ideal places to display these details.

Using a content management system you will be able to make this change yourself - however if you would like us to make the required changes for you please contact us for a quote to make this change.
