Customer relationship management can get complex and messy and can also involve some serious buzzwords and phrases. Rather than all that, here's some real life examples on how some of our clients are benefiting from putting some Spring into their life:

a Bristol based charity is using Spring to manage their membership data of just over three hundred records. Spring allows them to store all relevant contact information, communicate with individuals or groups including automated payment reminders and arrange meetings with the automatic dispatch of invitations and minutes. All communications and documents can be generated as PDF files for postal dispatch, for those members not 'online'.
the system is being used by a manufacturer of packaging to allow their customers to login through the corporate web site to view current orders and their order history.
